Great service from my perspective as a landlord and massive attention to detail. From a renter perspective they must be something great too as both me, as landlord, and the company as my property managers receive cards from our tenants thanking all of us for the Ralph’s response to their requests and great service towards them.
Having several properties under management from various property managers, I have to say all rate behind Nathan and the staff for their attention to detail and overall care of the CB property on my behalf.

We have been landlords with First National for a long time and have generally been happy with their service. However, since Nathan has come on board as Senior Property Manager, the level of service and dedication he and his team provides has been exceptional. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable in regard to rental matters (which was tested recently when he had to deal with a deceased tenant) and always takes the time to keep us informed when required (such as finding new tenants, significant repairs/maintenance, etc.). Renting with First National Real Estate is like a walk in the park. Nathan and his team are absolutely wonderful. Any problems that have come up were easily solved. Every inspection has gone well and Nathan always asks if things are going well or if there are any problems.

First National Salisbury has been managing my investment property ever since I purchased it over 10 years ago. I have found no reason to take my business over this time.
