Sanjay is Very Friendly and helpful. He presented himself and his company well. When I needed anything he was immediately provided the required documents. When it came to the auction, his Indian background was an advantage as most of those in the crowd were also Indian. Sanjay had a gentle but effective way of getting the highest bid.

Went and viewed a house and was unable to even walk thro the property as it was that filthy is stank of cigarettes to the point it made me sick and i had to deny bringing my child in the house to look as it was unsafe. I called the office to be laughed at and told there is nothing they can do akd the tenants had only been there two months.... thats no excuse for showing a filthy house thats unsafe. So un professional im disgusted
