Max was recommended to us by a friend, so we decided to give him a call to sell our house for us. On meeting Max after just 5 minutes talking to him we knew we didn’t have to look any further. Max is a very personable agent, very honest and professional with great market knowledge. Max presented us with a very professional proposal and marketing plan for our sale. Great experience helping me sell my home. Great communication through the whole process, no exaggeration, no sales talk, very realistic, just direct and to the point. I respect any business that respects my time and just tells me the truth and what I need to know. They recommended an excellent staging company and photographer. They handled some minor potential problems quickly and gracefully, and got me a great price for the sale as well. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Max did an appraisal for our home last year but we actually chose to go with a different agent at the time! Our house didn’t sell and we went through some family hardship and were forced to pull our house off the market to focus on our family. Six months later we decided to try and sell our house again and this time we asked Max to be our agent! Why did we do this? Well he was the only person to keep in touch with us over the 6 months. This was via phone calls and messages. Not once did I get the “salesey” vibe. I always felt like Max was being honest with us and not telling us what we wanted
