I called Glenn after he was recommended by a friend. He was friendly and listened to me describe the issue we had.
He said he’d call me back later in the day when he could work out a time to fit me in. To my surprise, he called later and said he could be here in less than 10 minutes. I was extremely grateful as I’m sure at the end of a long day he would have preferred to go home.
On arrival we discussed the issue again and he thoroughly checked everything and explained what he was doing. He quickly sorted the issue, tested it out afterwards to ensure it was working properly and gave me some
