Unfortunately replacing my mains gas now has a gas leak. i requested they check it however, they want to charge $160 to come out and inspect it rather than resolve it.
With a VBA compliance certificate (12075176) i expect some level of quality assurance and to dismiss my concern frames the integrity of express plumbing in a dim light. As such, this review questions express plumbing's after sales service and it is recommended that they contact me, resolve this safety concern and reestablish their commitment to quality and service of their customers.

Great service, very well priced and on time. Adrian and Peter came to our house to replace the rusted galvanised steel pipe between the meter and our house. We told them we were on a tight budget and they informed us of the preparation work we could do ourselves and saved us over $1000 compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend these gentlemen.

Plumber was very helpful and personable and did perform a very professional job although the prices charged seem somewhat outrageous , My original issue was a large pool of water collecting under the house I had a blocked storm-water pipe which was around $600 just to check it out with a camera and flush it out with water. It turns out the pipe was full of dirt and roots and no amount of flushing out would help.
I was then quoted to replace the pipe $2.5k for 12 metres of pipe which you can buy at bunnings for around 100 bucks. During this process they also noted the downpipes were totally blocked

Recently hired express plumbing for repairing the broken gas line and sewer pipes, which are not small jobs, as least I considered. I am super happy about their service. I tried to get quotations from other plumbers before. After they heard the size of work, they even not bothered to return my call anymore. Express plumbing & gas is a good size of company covering wide range of services. I do not need to worry about sourcing different plumbers for different work any more (heater service, gas line, sewer, gutter...)! Their staff, Jason, Jesse, Kevin and Jack are all very friendly, arrived on time

Express Plumbing have performed both small and big jobs for us. They are very professional and do a good job. They tell you what needs to be done and are very clear about what they are going to do and how much it will cost before they proceed. It is nice to have one convenient service to handle our plumbing needs.
