App 1 - Plumber late we were already at work. Appt 2 - Diagnosed faulty part. Appt 3 - Plumber onsite - Wrong part ordered. We said forget the job. Instead he removed the bath outlet. The bath takes forever to fill from shower head only - so much for the nightly lock down spa..
Asked real estate agent to cancel repair. Later informed via email from agent "The plumbers also advised you contacted them directly and was verbally abusive towards their staff" which is false. Insult on top of injury inspires

100% Plumbing did some work on an apartment where we have a tenant. The tenant reported that the problem had not been fixed after 100% Plumbing had attended. I contacted them and they were totally responsive and professional and had somebody go to the property the same day. It turned out that the issue reported by the tenant had nothing to do with what 100% Plumbing had earlier done. Their report back to me was prompt, detailed and entirely professional. I tried to apologise for messing them around but they said that there was no need...keeping the customer happy is what they do. Great work, great

Had Scotty come and fix our shower. Wow! He was super prompt, great communication, stellar customer service, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly all while being very nice to our curious 2 yo daughter 😊 You have a serious Asset in Scotty, have already recommended 100% plumbing to 2 friends and will use them in future. 100% Plumbing came out to replace our heater. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Also they had to replace our heater during Stage 4 lockdown so they were very cautious to always wear their masks, asked permission to come inside (as they had to to replace the unit), asked if they should remove their shoes and vacuumed up the small bit of plaster in our home from the replacement work. Our heater works perfectly. They also encouraged us to call for any issues or questions and expressed their gratitude for business during this crazy time. It is nice when people are not only professional

Very professional group. Got my concealed toilet leak fixed. Mason the plumber came over on time and fixed, it. However there was a slight leak after the fix, and he came back and took time to investigate and fix as promised, and even though it took hime about an hour and a half, did not cost us anything more. Will always use them and highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.
