We have created a menu that focuses on each individual ingredient, how it is used on the plate and how it enhances the dish. On each dish you will see providence and the season of Spring through the vibrancy of the ingredients used. The beautifully presented dish made way for an incredible sensory experience.

We entered without a booking and were invited to wait at the bar for 10 minutes. We didn't feel like getting a cocktails off the menu and asked the bar tender to make us personalised drinks. He was happy to be creative and give it a shot. Whatever he made he didn't have a name for but they tasted great. We ordered the crispy pork belly and gnocchi. The taste and presentation of the food was fantastic but fortunately the pork belly was not crispy, nonetheless it was tender and juicy. Great atmosphere and service definitely worth a try if you're nearby.

We loved it. This is a modern restaurant with lovely decor. Perfect for an intimate dinner. The food was delicious. Corn and zucchini fritters were a spicy treat for starters. Great squid and scallops too. Eye fillet steak was a standout (from someone who can take or leave steak). Melted in your mouth. Unravelled cheesecake was amazing too. All courses had generous portions. Excellent service. Really reasonably priced. We’ll be back.

The quality of food is good and the presentation is nice. We tried salmon, lamb belly and beef brisket; salmon cooked that well and it tasted like butter, my favourite dish! All the dish came with perfectly matched sides and the flavour were well balanced. Their wine selection was also surprisingly amazing, so was the lovely service. We will definitely come back! One of the best restaurants in Preston!

My partner and I have eaten here twice and it was great both times.
The gnocchi was delicious, the scallops were a small starter, that was enough before having a generous main meal. The barramundi was sensational and the calamari was a perfect entree.
The desert was also presented beautifully and was delicious both times.
