Hi, I am Michal. I am a qualified nutritionist. I have been trained to improve medical conditions by making changes to diet and lifestyle. There is a lot of health information available today. Everything you need is out there if you know where to look. The problem is to figure out what applies to you once you suffer from ill health.

This is where I come in. First, start with a clear decision to get better. Once you are sure about this, send me an email and we will arrange a free introductory chat on the phone. I grew up in Czech Republic in a family who were into wild crafting herbs and growing fruits and vegetables. I remember picking up strawberries as a child, climbing up into the tall cherry trees and feasting on them. I watched the chooks in the garden and fed the rabbits. I remember the fully grown apple trees which would seem big even to adults and the old fashioned apple varieties that one can't see any more today.
I will sit down with you and we will take a good look at your state of health in all areas of your life - a holistic approach. Then I will recommend some nutritional changes, supplements, lifestyle changes or perhaps a change of priorities. I will explain to you the root cause of your problem and what you need to do.
Copies of any pathology reports or medical diagnoses you have. You can also scan and email them to save time. Sometimes doctors don't give you your test results automatically, but you can always ask for them. You have a right to have a copy of them. Lifestyle coaching (3 months support; initial full length consultation plus 3 shorter consultations, unlimited email contact plus 3 phone calls).
What can you expect? I teach a classical Hatha Yoga style. My emphasis is to include all of it: postures, breathing exercises, long deep relaxation and meditation. Yoga is not a contortionist competition. I teach everyone, not matter how inflexible or fit you are! The focus is on awareness of your breath and body rather than achieving the perfect posture.
