Fantastic service and terrific quality Ugg boots at great prices. Returned an item in person at the Australian Leather Lidcombe factory/office (wrong size ordered online just before Xmas) and got to meeting Eddie in person. He is just as lovely as he was on A Current Affair recently. No return postage fee applicable if you can return onsite. But if do order online, they have really speedy postage. Got both my separate orders within 4 business days, even the week leading up to Xmas.

I wanted to support Australian Leather and owner Eddie, after learning about a lawsuit from a multimillion-dollar US conglomerate, over the term Ugg.
Had the pleasure of meeting Eddie, he is a gentleman and his Australian made Ugg boots are perfect.
I feel better as a person, for supporting an Australian business, especially one that is standing up to a US conglomerate.

A fantastic product from a fantastic Australian company.
Purchased a pair of boots for mothers day. The amount of selection available was mind boggling not to mention an excellent price.
Staff are extremely friendly and super knowledgeable in the products. Mentioned that mum would most likely be wearing them indoors around the house and instantly they had recommendations.
Also received a bonus gift to give mum for mothers day which was super nice and really appreciated.
If you need a good pair of Uggs, go no further than Australian Leather. Can guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

The owner Eddie, is an absolute gentleman. There is nothing he won't do for you giving advice on the best product and how to find the best fit. He is undergoing a huge fight with the Americans over using the name UGG boot but he is sticking to his cause as he employs many workers and their families.

While I was looking for UGG boots, I typed in google UGG BOOTS and found this place. I'd have to admit, when I arrived, looked more like to be a warehouse that only stocks them.
But I went in, found the salesman to be only too helping. While I looked around at what I wanted, another couple came in with children, they wanted a drink. He (salesman) went out and got them a fanta each. By out ( the staff kitchen, I assume).
I look for service in all places, like the rest of us. Nothing worse spending money at a place that, only seems to want your money and shuffle you out the door.

Friendly customer service, extraordinary variety of genuine Australia UGG boots and the workmanship is second to none. When buying Ugg boots, only buy the ones made in Australia or NZ. Any manufactured outside these 2 countries are not geninue and inferior in quality, especially ones that are licenced by Decker. They are not genuine nor have the legacy and historical connection to the true and only Ugg boots.
