Enhance Osteopathy (formerly Simply Well) has been providing osteopathic care in the northern suburbs of Melbourne for more than 20 years. The practice was founded by Dr Margaret Matthews, Osteopath who was the head of the osteopathic department at RMIT for many years. Our osteopaths are dedicated to ensuring you feel safe and make informed decisions about your health care.
Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy & our osteopaths use hands-on techniques to try to help you heal. Practitioners study at university for five years in courses such as anatomy, physiology, pathology and other biomedical sciences. Overall osteopathy is based on the idea that if the body's tissues are in the right anatomical position they will be better able to heal themselves.
At Enhance Osteopathy Heidelberg, we are particularly well known for cranial osteopathy. We have two very experienced cranial osteopaths for treatment of all your head related injuries. Cranial osteopathy is a non-invasive form of osteopathic treatment developed around the subtle changes in your body's tissues.
Our practitioners are fully registered & qualified with experience in direct structural techniques as well as more indirect cranial and biodynamic work. All of our treatments are tailored to suit each individual patient so you get the best care for you.

Dr Tiffany Rubach, the owner of the Enhance Osteopathy Clinic, is the most skilled, professional, charming, effective and knowledgable health practitioner I have ever had the pleasure of being a client of.
I have followed her all over Melbourne throughout her career, because she is the only person I trust to treat any injuries I sustain. Prior to beginning treatment with Tiffany, I had a total of 24 ankle injuries over a period of 2 years, ranging from mild strains, to severe ligament damage. Touch wood, I haven’t had so much as an ankle tilt let alone a roll or sprain in the past 5 years since

I've been attending Enhance osteo for over 12 months now and I always feel more amazing after my appointments. Tiff uses her wide range of knowledge and many years of experiences to treat my osteo needs. Using methods that suit my body and the condition it is in, she is always professional and is happy to have a chat and a laugh. I would highly recommend!!

Tiffany and her receptionist are both incredibly rude/off hand and insensitive, not what you want from a health practice.
I went to this clinic with specific needs which I discussed with Tiffany in the 1st session where she Assured me she could help...this couldn't be further from the truth.
Her treatment of me was Disgraceful, unskilled and unprofessional!
My ankle swelled so badly I was limping for weeks and I'm still recovering.
Shame on you Tiffany and rude inattentive receptionist., you're supposed to helping people not hurting them!!!

Tiff and her receptionist Carol at Enhanced Osteopathy are the loveliest and most caring people you could ever meet and deal with.
Tiff has been the only physician that has been able to assist me in reducing my back pain, neck pain and headaches. Tiff is very attentive to my needs and has provided excellent care over the past year that I have been seeing her.
When I went into see Tiff the first time I had migraines at least 3 times a week and my back was in so much pain, now almost a year last my migraines are few and far between, I'm not hunched over any more and i can move without pain.

Tiffany has a professional and diligent attitude towards her work in caring and applying her Osteo skills for her patience. Tiffany has been treating my hairdresser body for years. I have suffered RSI and other ailments throughout my career and have found her treatment to be the most effective. Whenever I have had a flare up in the past, it has caused me a lot of pain and expensive to fix. Dr Tiff is my go to as I know I will get results fast and effective.
