Relinque Sports & Spinal Group was established in 1997 by Ivanhoe based Osteopaths Dr Adam Wilson & Dr Michelle Wilson. Over the past 20 years it has grown beyond just an osteopathy clinic, offering a range of osteopathy, pilates and remedial massage services. From the very beginning, Adam and Michelle's aim has been to create a family orientated osteopathy clinic.
At Relinque Sports and Spinal Group, we are the longest serving and most experienced osteopaths in Ivanhoe; established in 1997, our clinic is conveniently located at 2/ 42 Upper Heidelberg Rd, Ivanhoe. To begin with, each of these professions have unique and very successful back grounds. However, over the years the lines between them have become quite blurred. Some Osteopaths will treat similarly to Chiropractors, and Chiropractors like Physiotherapists and visa versa. Osteopaths is a form of manual healthcare that recognises the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions.

Edit (Oct 2021): This really disappoints me to review as I've had such a great experience here in the past. Needless to say I just received the worst massage I've ever had. I had to discontinue treatment prior to it ending. Happy to be contacted by the practice to discuss my experience further.

I came to Chris Walker for an osteopath consultation and I was really impressed with the level of care he took to understand my pain area (TMJ/stiff right shoulder).
He was great at alleviating the pain during the consultation but what really took me by surprise was that he even took the time to send me an email of all the exercises (including images) that I needed to do afterwards - which I’ve never had any practitioner do before!

After over 15 years of being a infrequent yet happy client of Relinque, I have decided to not return there ever again due to an incident.
After a day of unusual back pain, I decided to book in an appointment for a remedial massage as I had done many times previously. I drove myself there and asked the practitioner if I would be better after the appointment to which the practitioner responded that I would be able to do cartwheels (clearly not literally as most small talk goes). The remedial massage was perhaps a little

I am very happy and impressed after my first osteoporosis appointment with Dr Mel. I found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The treatment was very thorough and well performed. I did not experience any pain and she took my medical history into account to ensure safe practices. The prices for procedures are very reasonable and the service can’t be faulted. It is very easy to secure an appointment and the online system is convenient and easy to use. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment and would highly recommend to anybody for their osteopathic needs.

Relinque are a fantastic team of highly knowledgeable health professionals that can come up with a treatment program that gets you right. The goal at Relinque is always to get you back to living the life you want to live... and with the team at Relinque's help this is a reality. Over the years my ailments have been been varied and have included foot and lower leg issues. For anyone with lower leg problems, I would begin with a consultation not with a podiatrist but with an osteopath at Relinque.

The Clinic is always welcoming, staff are friendly and very professional. Rob has been amazing in helping me manage pain and injury. For the first time in years I’m able to do a lot of activities I never thought I would again. I can confidently say he excels at what I does and has a great understanding of the body. When I can’t see Rob, Hannah has been a godsend!

I have been seeing Melanie (osteopath) at Relinque for several years for regular treatment. She has been able to relief my chronic discomfort and is one of the highlights of my fortnight. When Melanie was away I received treatment from Adam and Rob who were both excellent as well. I have also enjoyed pilates sessions at Relinque. Highly recommended.

I'm a new patient at Relinque and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the staff. I saw Nicole for a last-minute myotherapy treatment. She not only treated my lower back pain, but also spent extra time explaining what was likely causing the pain, showing me some exercises to do at home and what I can do to manage it long-term. I walked out (pain free!) with a much clearer understanding of my body. Also the online booking system and appointment times are so convenient to fit around work.
