I have been running my own practice for 11 years, working with individuals from 16 years old who are working through depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, workplace difficulties and low self-esteem. I tailor my approach specific to each client's unique set of circumstances and utilise practical strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to improve one's well-being.My fees are very reasonable and I accept bulk billing if you are unemployed and receiving a Centrelink benefit, including Job Seeker and DSP.

For many of us the time we spend at work combined with the time we spend travelling to and from work often exceeds the actual "waking" time we spend at home. Our work becomes an integral part of our lives. The relationships we establish at work form an important part of our social identity and can sometimes lead to stress and discomfort.
If you are unemployed and receive Centrelink benefits including Job Seeker and DSP, you will be bulk-billed. You can receive Medicare rebates if you get a mental health care plan from your GP or Psychiatrist. You will receive $87.45 rebate per session for 20 sessions per calendar year. You may be able to receive private health rebates, however you need to check with your provider first.
