I'll start by saying the staff were very nice, and the work was prompt as well as reasonably cheap. I had my phone. Took my phone in figuring the charging port required replacement and happy to pay for same.

We offer a wholesale repair program for mobile phone, smartphone and tablet retailers and repairers.
We repair all makes and models of mobile phones, tablet computers and other portable electronic equipment. If we are unable to repair your device, you don't pay anything. While we keep a large range of parts in stock, it is not always possible to guarantee availability or time frames for some items as we rely on third party suppliers.
Cracked or otherwise damaged screens are the most common type of damage we repair. Most screen replacements can be done as a same day service, and all replacements come with a standard 3 month warranty. Then you very likely will need the screen replaced. Keep in mind also that most new phones have the glass touchscreen and display together as one part, so they may have to be replaced together.

I'll start by saying the staff were very nice, and the work was prompt as well as reasonably cheap. I had my phone screen replaced last year and was fairly happy with it. However over time I realised the new screen was far less responsive, and eventually had to get it replaced again. My new replacement was done elsewhere for cheaper, and the screen is much closer to it's original quality. Decent business but definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I have had my phone screen repaired here about a week ago. The screen was cracked and the touch stopped working.
My screen was replaced within just over an hour and is working fine so far.
They have also been very helpful with another query.
They are friendly, helpful and efficient.
I would really recommend Fixaphone - Balaclava.

The staff are super friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help with any phone issues you may have. I called in with a broken charger cable a while ago and they replaced it straight away and it's now charging better than it did with the old one before it was broken. I called in today for some advice and he was happy to give it and help me with some general phone problems I'd been having while I was there. I highly recommend them!

Super friendly and fast service at prices that will genuinely shock (as in: they're far lower than you'd expect). Can't recommend them highly enough.
Went in to buy a screen protector for my S20 expecting to pay $39 - $49 as per typical JB Hi Fi prices and then have to install it myself... nope - $24.95 and it was fitted for me in no time.
Really impressive service, I'll definitely be back.

I went in with a very simple problem - I'd inserted the sim card into the wrong section.
The guy who served me (in Carlisle St) was able to extract the sim card within a minute. He didn't know the tablet well so wasn't aware it was for a media card but thst wasn't his fault as I didn't give him the opportunity to research it properly and was adament it was where the sim card was located.
He was very patient and helpful and refused to charge me because it was such a simple job.
In all honesty if he had charged me I would have been disappointed due to the issue being resolved

Very quick (< 1hr) to replace my charging port for less than $50. I was in and out within 2 mins to diagnose and drop off and 7 mins to collect (someone else was being served when I arrived).
Only one person in store (eg. expect to maybe have to wait 2 mins!) .... you may be behind one person for your quick consult/ service (someone came in after me looking very frustrated that I was already being served - a common problem for any businesses close to train stations!)
Highly recommend and will return with any further problems.
