A few weeks ago, I took my very cracked phone screen to this store to get repaired. $260 later plus $20 for screen protector, when I got home I realised that the colours were wrong. As in green as yellow, red as orange etc.
I took it back and had to pay $120 for a ‘better quality screen’ and another new screen protector.
2 weeks later my phone stops working altogether. The screen just goes black, it rings etc but you can’t see a thing. take it back to phone store and ask if this could be due to the repairs, also because I’d been assured of a warranty.
When I returned to pick it up, the

TERRIBLE SERVICE - I went back after my phone case started to break after only using it for a month. Went back to inform them and the service rep GAS LIGHTED me saying no you didn’t buy that here...I offered to show my bank statement to prove I had bought it there but he had zero interest.
Also my partner got a phone repair there, it was a dodgy as repair he had to go back to Apple ended up paying $400 more to fix it.

Don't get your iPhone screen fixed here!!! I had an iPhone XS screen replaced and straight away I knew something was wrong. Firstly they couldn't get the screen back in correctly and in the process they tried so hard that it's not threaded and can't be taken out. The screen was dull and had ripples through the edges but they said they wouldn't replace it because it was correct. I took it to Apple and they can't get the screw out and said the screen they put on was the wrong one and should never have been put in. They also said that they didn't install a wire grate for the ear speaker. Basically

Very poor experience! havnt seen anyone this bad for repairing!
and they will lie to you for somthing they stuffed up, and tell you it was supposed to be like that. i have repair my phone many times, it was happened to be here, so i thought i will get my phone fixed while i am shopping.
came back after 1 hour, to pick up my iphone x, was getting screen fixed. but my face id stopped working, and they said it was problem of my phone. but it was working perfectly before i gave it to you. ....
they just keep arguring about it, and lies after lies.

Avoid for phone repairs.
I took my iphone 6 in for a repair, the screen was not working.
They had my phone for a week and I paid $150 for the repair.
Within 24 hours of picking it up I started having multiple issues with my phone. Sim Card was not being recognized and the camera was not working. I took it back to VG Phones and complained, the lady on the store front gave me my money back. I found this a little bit suspicious and dodgy.
Last night I showed my phone to another provider who showed me where the computer inside my phone has been tampered with and damaged.

Avoid at all costs. Very dodgy repair! Lied to me.
I smashed the screen on my Sony Z5 Compact badly enough that the screen wouldn't work at all so was looking for a quick replacement. Screen was replaced quickly which was good.
When I picked up the phone I noticed the new screen was sitting a little bit higher than the original one. When I asked about this I was told that the replacement sticker to glue the screen on was thicker than the original one. Seemed reasonable to me at the time.
After a couple of weeks use I noticed there was dust under the screen. Annoying, but no big deal. A few weeks

Low price, but definitely not worth the risk!
I brought my HTC M8 in here with a smashed screen, they replaced the screen but it sat very crookedly so I asked them to fix it, they then made it a bit better but the screen never sat flush. After a couple of weeks the screen stopped working due to a connection issue so I took it back as it was still within the warranty time. They replaced it again but after a few more weeks the glue didn't hold and the screen detached from the body and this was after the warranty. The screen eventually stopped working and so I needed to get it replaced somewhere

Just a joke. I brought my phone to get the cracked screen replaced. There were teenagers running it and said it would be an hour. Got my phone back and the function ability wasn't working properly and there were marks under the screen. Told the person they weren't there before and they tired to tell me they were. So had it fixed again. Still smudges under the screen. Had it fixed again. And now after a week the glue has worn off and the top of the screen is coming off. What a joke. Stay away from this place its a circus.

It was my fault that I did not listen to the bad reviews about these people and took my iPhone 5 to Vgphones instead of Apple Store.
My iphone5 was stuck in recovery mode, I took it to VgPhones and was told that it would take them 2-3 days to fix it and they will call me when its ready, 1 week passed-nobody called me, I called them to find out and was told that the Home Button, Power button and 1 IC(integrated circuit) was damaged and might take 1-2 days to fix it and a cost of around $200, which I said was fine. 1 more week passed-nobody called me. The back camera of my iPhone 4S broke and I went to VG Phones to get it repaired as the service was advertised on their website. They told me to come back in an hour, which I did, and then they told me they had to keep it overnight and that they "hopefully" would be done with it in the morning and would call me.
