So you have gone online and accepted a frankly fairly average price for your not very old iphone. Then you go to the trouble of packing it up and sending it on only to get an email saying, sorry terribly sorry, but your iphone has *insert spurious fault* and we can no longer offer you the price we previously promised. You of course have never experienced the fault they claim, but because you have already moved on with a new device, and heck you don’t want to have to take the old phone back you reluctantly accept the lower offer. Where do I start?!… I Opted to use Monster mobile after I received a surplus IPhone 11 Pro (via work, long story) This phone was brand new from Apple and I sent this packaged in its box and paid extra for postage insurance. Monster mobile deducted $80s without telling me and claimed I ticked accept deducted price ( I would not of taken out insurance if I wanted this option) The technician has provided 3 words in his report saying ‘Screen is scratched’ but no photos (I have photos proving it is not). Terrible experience. Same as others. They reneged on the agreed price due to "late return". $120 less! they offered.
It took ages to get the satchel and i returned it in that satchel the very next day so any delay wasnt caused by me.
Be warned the prices they have on the website aren't what they seem to offer you once they have your device. Too good to be true.

Dropped off my phone at the store and was greeted with very welcoming customer service. Received a message saying my device was approved for payment in 20 minutes. To my surprise, the exact amount they quoted was deposited into my account within 12 hours. Couldn't be happier with their service, from registering through to prompt notifications and payment. I would recommend dropping off your device if possible, instead of shipping it to avoid any damage during delivery :)
