Located in Australia's tropical north Queensland at Bingil Bay, Mission Beach. Set behind a sandy beach in pristine rainforest, The Sanctuary cabins are hidden among trees and a cool, green canopy offering guests privacy and peace. The gentle trilling from an orchestra of insects, birds and frogs make for a soothing and natural symphony to fall asleep to.
BONDI's Yoga by the Sea classes take place outdoors in the southern-most pocket of Bondi beach, overlooking the action! With postcard perfect views over Bondi, our oceanview yoga classes enjoy fresh sea breezes, personal space and sunshine, leaving you positively glowing! During Autumn/ Winter/ Spring, fewer classes are available.
Kayak Yoga Classes paddle from Manly Kayak Centre Wharf for approx 20-30 minutes to a secret Sydney Harbour location. Once there, participants will enjoy a 30 minute beach yoga session, followed by a cruisy 20-30 minute paddle back to base. Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Classes paddle from Manly Sealife Sanctuary (old Aquarium) to a floating studio 5-10 minutes away.

Yoga by the Sea with Sasha is one of the highlights of my week. It is so great to unwind after a stressful work week and to stretch out any aches or pains, to truly look after ones self. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to practice some self-care in a beautiful location with a relaxed, caring teacher.
