28/08/2020. Bought plenty of bikes from these guys in the past. Rang up to check if they could match prices with an advert from another dealer on Bike exchange. They looked for the advertised bike, couldn't find it and told me it didn't exist and were very rude about the issue. After the phone call, I re-checked bike exchange to confirm the ad was still up and sure enough it was the very first listing. Had no issues here in the past but the guy I talked to was very unprofessional and couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Disappointing customer service.

We called up to ask whether getting a tubeless tire would be possible today and the man that answered was disgustingly rude. He was talking over my partner and had the most annoyed tone to his voice for no reason. We found another shop to help us. Would not recommend.

Competitive pricing! Had a some issues post purchase of the bike with the setup position and gear shifting. Spoke to Barney and he's taken the feedback on-board and offered to address the issues when the bike goes back in for it's first service.

The Gents from “Cycology Tuggerah” are amazing. No request I have made to customise my ride is ever too much trouble or ridiculous. I have waited thirty-five years for the beautiful bike I have now purchased from and put together just for me by the team and to say I am chuffed is an understatement.

Bought a Giant Reign 2021 from Hadleys Cycles, so many problems in a space of a month. Returned the bike to Hadleys 3 times to fix the problem from the Central Coast. Brought the bike to Cycology and the bike was fixed in under 10 min. Many parts were loose and not greased, which Barney fixed for me free of charge.
Highly recommended taking your bike for a service or buying a bike new here. I've had Giants for years and never had a problem. I was almost ready to sell this bike after my experience with Hadleys Cycles Lambton. Barney turned that all around and I'll be back to get my bike serviced

They need to be shut down . I took my 26.0x4.0 fat bike over to get fixed. They refuse me service because they had bad experience and trouble with my style of bike before. Sorry but I’m going to call department of fair trading. People pay you for your service not for you to refuse a person service because you don’t want to do it. Come on $800 just to fit a new chain and derailer I call rip off

Bought a giant reign pro advanced from the team at cycology and I can’t thank them enough for the experience. Called about a bike that want available and they didn’t have in stock and just let them know if they found one to call me. 45 minutes later they have secured me a bike. Really happy with the bike and the service. Thank you to the team.

Bought 2 Giant ATX bikes here this year, the last today. The staff seem honest, to the point and knowledgeable. The products are great quality. Thanks heaps

Took my wife's bike in to get a rear wheel hub replaced and a service. Was told the bike need too much work done to it as there was rust and the front suspension had seized so it wasn't even worth doing work on. The guys who met me at the door were rude and unpleasant and acted like t hey were offended when I questioned them.
A $65 replacement hub fixed the back wheel, unlocking the suspension 'quick lock' magically umseized the suspension, some oil and clean up and the bike is back up and running.
This was not a hard core road bike, just my wifes cruising bike that she bought from this store
