For the Vado 3.0, Specialized developed a custom U1-460 battery that seamlessly integrates into the frame, is lockable, and easily removable for simplified charging. My 20 years plus bike shoes blew up on a 1 week holiday. This store was just up the road. Had 1 pair of shoes in my size. I took a gamble and bought them at a reduced price. Very happy with them. Great friendly service.

Great service from Ride Ettalong. A few years ago the guys did some repairs to a bike I had that got damaged in a move from Perth to Central Coast and this week I picked up a new Specialized Rockhopper Comp (lucky me they just had stock in), great friendly service, would definitely recommend them!

I bought a Mountain bike here and on another occasion a helmet for my son. Both times I got great advice, I wasn't 'sold' anything and both experiences were great. A year or so on and my sons helmet is still doing it's job perfectly and my mountain bike was the perfect fit for me.

I'd give 6 stars If I could. Con and nick go above and beyond. I took my bike down for a service and i had a few things that worried me, they went over the bike again head to toe and reassured me everything was running top notch. Their service is impeccable.
Ride is definitely my new local 👌 cheers boys. Highly recommended.

We recently rode from Sydney to Ettalong when my E-bike played up. We stopped into Ride Ettalong to see if the problem could be fixed so we can continue our planned route. Owner Con & his son Nick was extremely helpful. Unfortunately being a weekend, it was impossible to obtain the part needed. Con managed to find a fully charged E-bike at late notice. We left our bags & bike at his shop and finished our ride around Brisbane waters.
They went out of their way to help us and stayed opened a little after their closing time for our return.
Friendly, honest and top customer service. Would not hesitate
