Lockdown #6 was here and we could not travel into greater Melbourne to pick up a super important parcel (an engagement ring).
Kangaroo Couriers came through and really really helped us get our ring in time for the weekend.
It was a big job Rye to Geelong and they definitely stepped up and helped us out.

I can only assume this company is a scam. I ordered a courier online. Price was $29. They took the money. Then I got a call to say - sorry can't deliver today it will be 5 days later OR I could pay $300 for a delivery today!
Of course I said no and asked for a refund. Now, of course, I'm fighting to get the money back that was basically scammed from me.
Do not risk dealing with this company. Appalling.

This company is fantastic. So easy to book and pay online. They contact you if and when required to ensure everything goes smoothly, and turn up when they say they will. So far they have hit every deadline we have given them and we and our customers couldn't be happier. If you're not sure, give them a go. They are half the price of others we have used, yet better than them all. They also service a very large area, all the way down to Pakenham and the Mornington Peninsular, which is hard to find these days, especially in a same say or urgent courier service. We now have them do all of our courier
