Purchased a Smeg Victoria Induction Cooker and matching Rangehood from your Brighton Store over the phone. I was given a delivery date of 30th June (receved confirmation of this via email), stayed home, no delivery! No phone call either, I had to telephone the store, was told not possible to deliver Thursday, then given a delivery date of Friday 2nd July, once again, stayed home again, no delivery, no phone call! Finally after initiating a rather angry phone call, it was arranged for delivery on Sunday, I was also told someone would contact us with a 2 hour window for delivery. Once again no phone

I live 25kms from Winning Appliances Brighton but I wouldn't buy anywhere else. John Greenstreet's after-sales service is exceptional. We had trouble with a Sirius rangehood during its warranty period, which the manufacturer handled poorly, and COVID lockdown compounded the delays. John's experience, advice and personal assistance were instrumental in getting the unit replaced. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with and had the best price I could find anywhere.
Due to delays in stock arriving from overseas they kept me updated with anticipated delivery dates and gave me the option to cancel the order if I wasn't prepared to wait.
Once the item did arrive at the warehouse they emailed me the delivery date and on the designated day the delivery crew texted me with the time expected.
They arrived exactly when they said they would and were friendly and helpful.
I later received a follow up phone call from the shop to ensure that I had received my order and was happy with everything

Great experience with choosing and buying appliances with Marcel, but then I had melted knobs on my new Miele hot plates....Very different experience - post-sale service is not really a priority here. You bought it...now be patient...it is your problem. Frankly, not what I expected after refitting my kitchen using Michael's Appliances. Let us see whether dealing with Miele direct will work better

I have found the sales staff here fantastic to deal with. They know their products very well. I purchased two ovens in 2015 ( ex display) which have only just been installed. I found that one of them didn't have the recipe book that came with it. I phoned 2 days ago to inquire if I could possibly get hold of one & I already have had it delivered & wasn't charged. We also purchased a dishwasher recently which was delivered (country delivery) in a very timely manner. Highly recommend a visit to the Brighton store.
