I do property management and have lots of student rentals so things get broken and so I've been on the search for a new appliance repair as my go to appliance repair retired due to COVID! This may sound crazy but I'm reviewing this company because I did not use them for a repair. Let me explain. I have an upright freezer which quit cooling. I called Smart Appliance to request a service call. After gathering information about the specifics of my freezer, the person I spoke with suggested they not come out to diagnosis the situation. Certainly they were happy to, but based on the details they felt sure the compressor had failed which costs as much to repair as replacing the unit. They could have easily charged me for the service call and taken my money. Instead, they were honest about

Fast, reliable, affordable service that's what I got from SMART Appliance Service. They are now my go to service for appliances. Jeffrey, our technician, was on time, polite, efficient, and effective. He was also respectful of our home and left it clean when he was done. We needed a Whirlpool dishwasher installed and it works like a charm. Ileana, the scheduler, kept us informed throughout the process and was even able to bump up our appointment when they had a cancelation. I loved the efficiency, effective service, fair price, and good communication we got from SMART Appliance.
