Without Gill I would have given up on my fitness goals years ago. Gill expertly tailors my workouts to achieve whatever goal I’ve set. Her ability to design workout plans that progress my strength, fitness, speed is truly amazing. She has a holistic approach. She addresses nutrition, sleep and rest in a very non-judgemental manner. I find Gill very encouraging, very understanding, but also pushes me to keep going. Her own fitness is such an inspiration. And being a mom of young children herself, she gets it when it comes to the juggle of fitness goals, mummy duties and career balance. I highly

Gil is hardcore.... she definitely pushes me! I’m pretty cheeky but we have a good laugh when working out. I haven’t worked out in years, now I’m up to 4 sessions a week.Thanks Gil.

Gill is an amazing, knowledgeable and effective trainer. She is always available to talk to and very approachable. Her classes are designed to suit any age or fitness level, and are always being changed up. I cannot recommend Aimfit enough.

Gill runs a tight ship with her fitness programs at Pine River Park on Saturday mornings. No week is the same, she always has different exercises and techniques each week so it's never dull. She is very professional and patient always demoing the exercises and on hand when ever you have trouble with any exercise to give you pointers and help you out. With a crowd of new comers and regulars you're always welcome in any session strongly recommend.

Gill is a great trainer and I love that she puts a lot of emphasis on correct technique. She’s super encouraging and a lovely person. I went to her sessions to specifically work on strength for running. She knew my goal and worked with me and always knew exactly how much encouragement was needed. Highly recommend her sessions.

Gill is the best trainer I have been to, encouraged me at every step, works with my disability and makes sure everything is done correctly so as not to hurt myself. Since starting with Gill she has helped me with exercise and diet and I am now on my way to reaching my goals.

I have been to many different personel trainers in my time but GIll is far better than all of them. Gill goes above and beyond for all her clients, she always makes sure that I push myself as much as I can, she changes exercises for different abilities so there no excuses at all, She's not out to make money as you can tell by how cheap her classes are, she there to help make a difference in her clients lives. She is just amazing I highly highly recommend you give Gill a call.

Gillian is the best trainer I have ever had. She is so motivating and supportive. Her Metafit classes are fast HITT workouts and bootcamp every Saturday is always different, challenging and fun! PLUS you can bring your kids! Can not recommend her enough!!

I have done a few sessions with Gill, she is poffessional and knows her Metafit stuff. I love that the workouts are so quick and intense and most affordable. The price is the best! So no excuses! You can bring your kids along too. I highly recommend you try a session with aim fit!
