RAM Personal Training provides tailored training, nutrition and supplementation protocols to ensure you reach your goals over a healthy and sustainable period of time. Online Personalised Coaching is exclusive for those wishing to enhance their performance through on-going tailored training, nutrition and supplementation protocols to help achieve their desired body composition orientated goals over a sustainable time. This is exclusive for a select number of clients upon review of your application.
On-going Nutrition Coaching will allow you to help achieve your desired body composition goals if you're struggling to understand the fundamentals behind calorie intake, macronutrient intake and micronutrient intake. These protocols are evidence based fundamentals customised to your preferences of food, current weight and recommended daily intake amounts.
Looking at joining the Australian Defence Force, but don't know where to start or how to train for your PFA or Basic Recruit Training? With my military-based knowledge from 4 years of continuous full time Army service and 1 year experience as a Combat Fitness Leader, I can assist you on your journey to become a better Soldier, Airman, Sailor or Officer within the ADF.

I would highly recommend Rylie if you are looking into some nutrition coaching. He has so much knowledge to pass on to you and is very professional! He makes it super easy to understand and is very helpful with anything you don’t understand. I did 12 weeks of nutrition with Rylie and had awesome results and it was super easy. 10/10 Best coach!

I started working with RAM Personal Training at the start of April 2020 after researching into the ADF prep program to help me boost my fitness and pass my PFA to enlist in the army.
As I’m based in WA it was a difficult change for me to select online coaching with a deadline in August but after speaking with Rylie a few times over email beforehand, I felt very assured and informed in my choice.
I opted for nutrition and programming to give me the best chance of passing and as of today have lost 16.8 kilograms since my heaviest weight and dropped from a size 14 to a size 6/8. This was not the

Rylie is a great personal trainer that is super friendly and easy to get along with. He is extremely knowledgeable about dieting and training and his meal plans are amazing. I recommend RAM personal training to anyone wanting to become that better person they’ve always wanted to be!

Rylie has a huge wealth of knowledge regarding training and nutrition. Everything is well explained and Rylie is always happy to answer any questions I have at any time. The training plan is easy to follow and my nutrition plan takes into account the foods I like so I am eating delicious foods all day long! Easy 5 stars and would recommend to anyone looking for a training or nutrition coach! :)

Great training programs and really easy to talk to, during my time with Rylie as my coach I lost over 10kg with ease. Rylie has a great knowledge when it comes to being a nutritionist which means lots of delicious food on all of my meal plans with flexibility to change things up so I never got bored of eating the same things, couldn’t recommend Rylie highly enough to anyone who’s looking for a Personal trainer or a coach

Absolutely excellent nutritional coach! Rylie is a great motivator and keeps me accountable and driven to achieving my goals. He does this by making sure I know that some fitness goals are not achieved overnight, that you need to have patience and overall consistency and that it can take time! But at the end of the day, it’s sustainable for long term lifestyle habits and I’m more educated about food and macro nutrients overall!

The sign up was super easy to complete. You were super humble and respectful, you were there to guide and help me through the whole process and answer all my questions and gave me a great understanding of how your program is structured and executed.
Not only were you helpful through the first phase you gave me an program and rang me and explained everything over the phone from a nutrition prospective as well. I want to say a massive thank you for your commitment to helping me and taking the time to ring me and sit there and explain everything.

Rylie is easily the best PT I have worked with. Super knowledgeable and takes the time to properly educate his clients to get the best and most sustainable results. Makes a killer nutrition plan aswell.
