I read all the reviews before coming here and was skeptical, but my first few dry cleanings were actually ok. However, I dropped in 2 dresses for dry cleaning, one which I had had dry-cleaned here before. I didn't realise that on the tag of the other dress it said 'Hand Wash Only'. Jessica pointed this out to me and offered to hand wash it for me, and I agreed thinking it would be max $20. When I went to pay it was $100.

Excellent service. I phoned on a Friday to arrange for my curtains to be cleaned. Spoke with Vivian who answered all my questions. I was astonished when she said my curtains would be picked up the following day - Saturday. she gave me a time, and was very punctual. we had painters in and it was no trouble for Silver Service to hold my curtains… until the painters had finished. We had delays throughout our renovation period and Vivian was understanding. She kept in touch throughout the process. Silver service definitely does not align with their actual service. They have had my 3 month old $850 suit jacket for almost 4 weeks. I had to return it after dry cleaning as it was damaged (looks like bleached) from cleaning.
The owner Vivian Samaha was supposed to call me back a week ago to discuss it with with me. No call. I left her a voicemail message on her mobile, and multiple messages with staff in Zetland. The best service I have ever received from a dry-cleaner...
During the midst of COVID-19 my clothes were stuck in Silver Service's temporarily closed Barngaroo store.
Upon calling the owner to report the clothes she was kind enough to transfer them to another store closer to my home.
What's more ? I don't think my clothes have ever been so well-pressed.

Should have read the reviews before I took my dry-cleaning here!
Absolutely ripped me off - charged me $80 PER JACKET and when I got my jackets back, they still had marks on them! They had to dry clean them again - it's like they hadn't even touched them the first time!
On top of it all, I had to take one of the jackets somewhere else for the smell that they were "unable to get out" and would you believe it, I paid $30 elsewhere and the smell was gone!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I experienced the worst customer service imaginable with this business - they should rebrand to Disgraceful Service - not Silver Service. My family have been loyal customers for over 8 years at their World Square shop, but we definitely won't be returning ever again.

Usually i won't post a negative review. But what a surprise! The worst dry clean shop try to change the name and get rid off all of the negative comments. Yes, I am the customer who contact you more than 10 times in regards to my jacket has been missing for years. I am literally do not have any hopes that my jacket could be possibly send back, but EVERYONE ELSE please do attention: if you really don't care your cloth, then, this hell is the place for you to send it in!!! My dress was returned to me with four damaged straps with the silver end pieces missing and the straps left fraying (or where Silver Service Dry Cleaners had knotted them together). I only discovered this when I got the dress home. The care instructions said 'Dry Clean Only' and Jessica the Manager upsold me to a $50 'Delicate Care' which I paid for over and above the care instructions.
Vivian the owner will not return the four ends to me (Vivian initially said she found two in the machine, then Jessica told me that they had three and the last was 'in the machine'). So I have no ends to even try

Terrible service attitude, bought leather jacket for dry cleaning, they took the payment and said it will be ready in one week, after one week they text me to say the jacket have special finish, there will be risk involved and ask me if I want to proceed or not, I don't want to do it and they said its me changing my mind so refuse to give me refund.

They ruined my husband's beautiful suite I brought to them with a little stain, due to flowers, on the front of the trousers. They examined and marked the spot and charged $5 more for the special attention needed in cleaning. When they gave me the suite back, the ironing service was very bad; I noticed that, precisely where the spot was marked, it… was all crumpled with a hole. I complained and they kept the trousers for another week. After that, they gave me the trousers in the same condition accompanied by a letter saying that the hole was caused by insects. I have never been treated so very poorly. I work in customer service, and they have just delivered the poorest example of customer service I have ever experienced This store took my jacket in 29th March to be picked up a few days later. When I went in to receive they told me my jacket wasn’t back yet, so I waited. A few days later I was called to… say they had located the jacket. So today I went in to pick up to be told the jacket was still not back?!!! The store assistant asked me to give her the day to chase the warehouse. At 5:15pm i received a call to say it still wasn’t

AVOID!!!! Silver service Zetland would not even use this business if it was for free. So many bad reviews I should have read before going. If I could rate this business a minus 5 stars I would. So many stuff ups, has ruined not 1 but 2 items. But the worst part was that the customer service is non existent. The owner Vivian was SO RUDE, spoke over me and took no responsibility whatsoever.
