2020 was certainly unexpected and unprecedented and we hope we can all put things behind us and look forward to bigger and better times to come. We are pleased to advise that we have gotten through, and we acknowledge that it was thanks to the support and loyalty of our customers. 3. When will my dry cleaning be collected? If you have submitted your dry cleaning online before 9.30am (Mon to Fri) we will collect the same day. If your dry cleaning was submitted after 9.30am we will collect the following business day. We do not give you an allocated time, your dry cleaning will be collected anytime between 9.30am and 5.30pm.
When you give your garments to us for cleaning, they are inspected and identified with a tag which stays with the garment until it is returned to you minimizing lost garments. Our trained drycleaner skillfully removes spots and stains in conjunction with a number of specialised techniques and solutions.
Myvalet's dry cleaner uses complex procedures and special stain removal products to remove stains. Stains are divided into two major categories: solvent-soluble stains and water-soluble stains. Often it is not difficult to wash wool, cotton, or silk - but what about all the other fabrics like angora, or micro-fibre, or seersucker?
Myvalet is very convenient in terms of collecting and delivering the clothing, efficiently removing stains and making my items look brand new again! Myvalet is my preferred dry cleaner as it's competitively priced, collected and returned with little effort on my part. Makes you feel like a rock star!
