As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. Wash on the Rocks does not promote itself as a price discounter but rather as a quality drycleaning and laundry service you can rely on. Bring us your laundry and we wash, dry and fold it for you. For a small fee of $ 7.00 each way we also pick up or/and deliver your washing ( minimum 2 loads or equivalent) the same day from and back to your City Hotel.

Require Adobe AcrobatPDF (Portable Document Format) files let you view and print a document as the author designed it, without needing to have the same application or fonts on your computer. To view or print a PDF file, you need the Adobe Reader, version 5 or later, on your computer. You can download a free copy of the Reader from the Adobe website.
How can you offer a same day service when other pick up and delivery services offer a 2 and 3 day service? Our terms are strictly "pre-payment" or "cash on delivery". If there is a possibility you will not be present at time of delivery, we suggest that you leave payment with a workmate or in an obvious place.

We have been using the laundry services of Wash on The Rocks since 2006 to present Oct 2020.
95% of my husband's shirts, trousers, Suits and all outfits are ZEGNA and CANALI, it is important to laundry good quality clothes from an Experienced and Professional Laundry company, that truly understand what is it meant by "HANDLE WITH GREAT CARE".
All our Bed linen sets are serviced by WOTR. In fact, Wash on The Rocks is the ONLY Laundry service company we used and Trust.
We do not believe in using services that claim to be " Bargain and Good value and Fast ".Good Services / Experienced does have

STAY AWAY!! THEY RUINED MULTIPLE DESIGNER OUTFITS!! SEE PHOTOS!! One being a new Carla Zampatti dress that, like the others, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR!!! I physically dropped the dress off to Carla Zampatti’s CBD office where they looked at it and agreed it was the dry cleaners error so personally called Wash on the Rocks to settle this. The team from Carla Zampatti said they had never been spoken to so rudely and advised me NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN. I AM SURE THEY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS EVER!!
