Went in yesterday evening to rent a car for a 6 week period. Was told a price price only to go back in the following day (not even 12 hrs later) to be told it was know somehow 4$ more expensive per day. (after being told the price quoted would remain valid the following day) Very disappointing way of doing business.

I always recommend tourist and friends to rent from Aries to support. I rented a Suzuki baleno for long term use but was quite disappointed that I didn't get a cheaper rate, constantly having to send the car in every month for them to check... Put me off from renting till June. It was just too much. Smses from staff, staff not communicating with each other, so I get the same msg from different staff. I didn't enjoy renting for long term at all.
It became very cumbersome.

Booked a car from here after shopping around the usual suspects, including bayswater and found their cars were not only cheaper but overall much newer and in better condition than the other companies I've rented from in the past. They also don't have overly visible signage on their vehicles which is nice.
Service was excellent and painless, starting from the online booking to the pickup at their city office. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
They were patient and ran through all the necessary steps.
Could not recommend Aries enough, I'll definitely be coming back here for any future

Rented car through this company partly because heard that the owner is a Malaysian. Thought they will be friendly but unexpectedly the staff who fetched us from airport to the branch was very unfriendly. He… didn't even greet us by simple word "hello" when we met up. In fact, he just showed us super black charcoal face. When reached the branch where we need to pick up the rented car, he just got down the car and walked into the office without telling us what we should do. So, we took out our luggages from the airport shuttle and went into the office for documentation. We reached 30mins earlier

Very satisfied with their car and services.. We rented kia cerato sedan for 5 days and we got new car (mileage still below 1000km). Thanks to all staff especially Nick was very helpful to assist my booking and ensure all in order. Even though i keep changing my plan, he was very patient to help me. Keep up your great hospitality! We originally booked a car for 3 days but my kid was sick and had to cancel one day. They are very flexible and quickly arranged that. They also kindly did a hotel pick up. Later found the car has a faulty car charger and swap the car quickly for us. I love their efficiency. Their rental also allow us to return the car after hours which was great. I loved their flexibility and constant communication. Prices were reasonable and car was clean and good. Will definitely recommend them to my friend who are visiting in future.

Initially, I was hesitant in booking with this company. However, due to the convenience of picking up the car from the airport and returning it to their office in CBD area, I decided to cancel my booking with another reputable car rental company at the last minute at switched to Aries Car Rental. I'm glad that I've made the right choice!! Customer service was excellent! They replied to all my queries promptly. All their prices are transparent. I gave them a call upon my arrival at the Perth international airport and the car was delivered within minutes. The car was new and exactly the same model
