Charles founded Avoca Insurance Brokers in 2005 and is the Managing Director. His vision and passion in forming Avoca was fuelled by developing strong and long term relationships. His desire was to establish a brokerage that lived the culture of exceptional service, built on trust and respect.

Avoca is not a licensed life broker and will not be able to provide advice on any life insurance or superannuation products. Any queries will be professionally handled by one of our trusted qualified partners. Avoca can provide risk management capabilities that identify risks that businesses may be exposed to and provide suggestions and solutions on how to mitigate or eliminate them.
You must make your claim as soon as possible after you suffer a loss. If you don't make your claim within 30 days, the insurer may reduce what they pay you by an amount to take account of any disadvantages they may suffer as a result of the delay. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent any further loss from occurring.

They are very easy to work with and friendly. I had a claim for my fence and as soon as I contacted them they got onto it and had the fence fixed in no time and covered by the insurance. They have helped me select the best insurer for my requirements and made it way easier to go through them than dealing with an insurer directly who has you on hold on the phone for hours.

Over 40 years of being in business I've dealt with a LOT of insurance brokers. I only wish I had met up with Mia-Carla at AVOCA 40 years ago ! - she is VERY skillful, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful - I couldn't ask any more from a broker, than she supplies. She simply seems to CARE - which is priceless. Thank you Mia-Carla for all you've done over the last few years.
