Elliott Insurance Brokers

I had tool insurance for years as a small comapny working out of my garage from home. We recently moved to a warehouse 9 months ago and a ute got broken into outside our warehouse and they are saying we are not covered due to no forceable entry to the warehouse. The insurance was set up for when I was working from my garage at home and being a tradie vehicle the tools have always remained in the ute. Nothing has changed on the policy. They are just there to take your money. A tradies tools are his source of income and Elliot insurance couldnt care less. I will be making the switch asap.

I Highly recommend Annmarie Donald of Elliott Insurance Brokers, I recently purchased a vehicle but due to a few issues it only settled late Friday afternoon, she took time out of her Friday evening to arrange cover for me, it's a good thing she did too because my rear window was smashed the next morning, before my premium had even cleared in the Insurer's account, and she still managed to secure a claim for me! I requested an urgent quote nearly 2 weeks ago and spoke to a girl called Haylie and she said she would email me and i still have not received a response. Let alone her rude attitude from initial contact with her but now to not even receive any contact is just poor business.
