Fantastic field staff, supportive and put up with a lot of grief, i found the implant did nothing to stop cravings, it was more the supportive environment that I was in whilst in the residential facility at York Street, and once I was exited from York Street as I did not want to progress to their Northam facility or have additional implants 2 or 3 months later after the first one, I fell back straight back into alcoholism and now I also enjoy methamphetamine - Because the guys at the residential facility were so great I gave the facility them use of all my garden maintenance and lawn mowing mechanical

Freshstart has saved my son from a crippling, destructive and desperate situation that had him addicted to drugs. He started using after the death of his Father, relationship breakdown and job loss due to Covid! We were living in fast paced Melbourne and only came to W.A. With 2 suitcases, My son was in a massive decline and lost 20kgs- He was… dying from the inside and had lost his soul.., The peaceful country setting that the rehabilitation Center is in - is helping his road of recovery. He needed life to slow down - massively! Freshstart are helping him rebuild his life, find his own

Naltrexone implants are extremely expensive and not a “cure”. In saying that the people delivering this service are remarkable, caring, compassionate and reliable. I would recommend taking Naltrexone in pill form. 5 stars mostly because of the Medical staff and Admin. The people at that front desk are the salt of the Earth.

I would hand on heart recommend Freshstart recovery programme. Freshstart are more than a recovery programme they also focus on helping families and bringing families back together. My husband has suffered with addiction for at his worst the last 5 years. Without freshstart he would not be here today they have helped him with many accomplishments… and success es as well as building him up from the pits of rock bottom. Not only that but in my darkest moments freshstart were also there for me when I felt lost with none to turn to they were there living with addiction is lonely we need people

You owe it to your self if you are in need of help do not waste your time with Fresh Start. Called and left messages several times after being recommend by my GP, I missed one call which I returned within minutes. Wife followed up and then I received an abusive call after trying to explain I took a different path.

My wife and I were house parents for Dr George until my health gave out. I consider George one of the people that has made the greatest influence in my life and I am so very glad that he and his wonderful wife came into our lives. I know beyond any doubt we will be in Gods rest together. We love you both.

I wish I could give zero.
Atrocious service.
Appallingly RUDE receptionists, and doctors with ZERO compassion, completely unwilling to help beyond first consultation and therefore receiving their money. Greedy, nasty people in a profession that obviously requires understanding, patience and compassion.

While desperately, and in a state of worry trying to obtain information to enable me to recommend this clinic to someone I was hung up on by the manager Sue Van Nort.
Upon asking what medications are used for withdrawal she became rude and said that it was between the patient and doctor. I told her I was finding her rude and unhelpful, she said I was being the same.
Since when is GENERAL information and possible routes of management classified information?
If this is anything to go by I find this clinic to be judgemental, emotionally unsupportive and to be avoided.
Yes, addicts need clinical
