I was very nervous for my initial consultation and unfortunately I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. I was in the chair with a laser ready to go before Jade had even told me about how many sessions treatment would take, side effects and literally any other disclaimers. In her defence I was running 10 mins late which is completely my own fault, but a discussion prior to treatment is really important. She wasn’t very friendly or understanding when I needed a few breaks during the treatment due to the pain. It’s the first day after treatment and I still haven’t received any recommendations

I've had two sessions with Jade and I am very happy with the results so far. The tattoos have faded so much after two sessions. Jade is very knowledge and realistic. Highly recommend Jade and Tattoo removal institute. Also very reasonably priced. I am looking forward to completing my treatments.

Treatment doesn't work. Don't waste your time.
@ Owner: ‘treatment doesn’t work’ means exactly that. Came here for 2.5 years and still have a half formed tattoo that looks awful and was not fading. I went for ONE session elsewhere with more updated technology and the tattoo is now almost gone. One of your staff also completely lasered over a tattoo that I didn’t want removed, which now looks terrible and will cost me hundreds to fix. I don’t want to discuss further, but if I could get the thousands I spent here and my 3 years back I would 😂 I left the review because I think it’s

I felt compelled to do this review. I honestly cannot speak highly enough if these beautiful girls that run this business, with a very special mention to Carmen, girl I love you to bits. I have had several sessions with this business & not only are they pure professionals but they are the nicest girls, every single one of them. There is not a bad word I can say. They take such good care of me & are successfully eliminating a horrendous tattoo that I have. Don’t even think about it, go to this business, you will never look back.

Booked an appointment on Saturday morning. When i got there, door was locked. No one answered the bell. I called no one picked up. I waited outside for 30mins. Still no one came. If you guys don’t open on Saturday why did you booked me in? Why don’t you update your google business hours? I have prepaid sessions here, now I really hope they will be refunded. Terrible services.

I've had such a great experience, so professional, informative and so friendly. My first session went amazing, I had quite a bit of swelling but I think that was because I wasn't able to have my arm elevated… after. My second session went just as smoothly, less swelling, I had my arm elevated for an hr this time. My tattoo is large, just over a year old, my lines were very dark and after the first session the results are impressive. The tattoo is also in a very sensitive spot but I found the pain to be bearable. I'm glad I did my research!
