I have a daughter who has a disability and regularly for 2 years gets her meals through eat fit food. She has tried many food service providers, but none are as delicious as eat fit.
Last week a delivery didn't turn up. I emailed eat fit at around 10pm at night. I received a message from Oly the manager within half an hour, saying that he would fix the problem and deliver her meals to her door that night.
To have a team that ensures that people with a disability are cared for, during this tough covid time was above and beyond.
I can not recommend the eat fit food company more.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour on our roads. The driver representing the company was driving like an absolute maniac and endangering the public and other road users. I had my daughter in the car and this driver was making it his mission to repeatedly get in front of my vehicle, even going on the opposite direction to overtake causing oncoming traffic to pause. He then flipped his finger to me and my daughter. He done it to the next two cars on Henry Lawson Drive. One of the busiest roads in NSW. This company should be ashamed to have people who represent the company in such fashion. Never spending

The food was always good but the delivery partners have been consistently terrible for the past month.
I was repeatedly being charged the $25 fee for my bag not being left out because the delivery guy failed to use my key to open the door.
The problem with the fee is it’s never refunded to your bank account, a “credit” is applied to your name, so you are consistently paying for someone else’s mistake.
My bag was also left outside, again because the delivery partner failed to use the allocated key and subsequently my food was stolen.
I have since cancelled my account and tried to organise

Your telephone system doesn’t seem to work. It’s unreasonable to only have an email system and customer being unable to call you directly when there are issues with billing. Why do you have a phone number for… billing inquiries if it doesn’t work. Have someone one call me ASAP. You’ve taken money from my account a day ago and I have not authorised that since I haven’t ordered from you since last December when we had a similar issue. My next call will be to my bank. Such a bad way to do business. Don’t recommend at all.

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. I've tried my muscle chef and dinnerly etc but these guys are the freshest, most delicious and always have a changing menu. It's the closest thing to having a personal chef I'll ever have! Helps me control what I eat and I never have a feeling of missing out. Only thing to improve is the packaging, there is a lot of plastic in take-away containers but that's understandable given the nature of the business. Deliveries are good with re-useable cooler bags (perhaps do the same thing with re-useable plates??? unsure as to how sanitary that would be tho...) Anyways

From my first perusal of the plans/menu (on an easy to navigate site), then to initial contact with a few fiddly queries (because I'm in an apartment building, with no cover outside), to the ease of deliveries, the delicious meals, and otherwise great and helpful advice from emails (Michael and Anna deserve a special shout-out), going with Eat Fit Food has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.
They have some of the best plans available, and I would defy anyone to not be able to find things they like every week

They missed products off the list twice and then they failed to leave my food at my front door by 7am. As I had to leave for work at 7.30am they messaged me at 7.02 saying they were running late with no delivery time. I messaged them and they did not respond to say that I could not take the food. The food was delivered after I left for work (I work an hour away so I won't be home for nine hours). It's December and I cannot eat this food now. I am very disappointed as they don't respond to texts, emails and calls. I would definitely not recommend this service, they are not customer centric as I

I chose to ‘exclude’ Tofu dishes, but it still made its way onto order after buying.
Found out after purchase that they deliver several times through the week rather than a single day and don’t do weekend deliveries, also
a $20 gotcha fee applies if you forget to put
out the reusable bags.
As I often have meals stolen when left outside, this is very impractical.
Not sure what world these folks live on, but I’d avoid.

I battled to find a company that would deliver 3 meals a day that were gluten free,dairy free and calorie controlled. I was so happy when I found Eatfitfood. The meals are delivered fresh and I find them very tasty. The food does not feel processed like a lot of these other companies and I think there is a lot of time and effort put into the meals. I highly recommend them!

My first meal arrived this week. I was so disappointed with both the meal and the service. The food was not fresh and the sauce left a terrible garlic taste in my mouth for hours after. I sent an email to try… and discontinue the meals and have still received no response. A loss of over $90. I wish I had read the reviews on fb before placing an order.

I have used EFF on and off for over 5 years. 6 months ago my experience left me really disappointed with meals quality, mix up of order and customer service but I decided to give it another go this week and I can honestly say the meals( quality and quantity ) have been totally amazing. Back to the old days of this company. I am so glad i tried again and would highly recommend.

A very busy job and less time meant I was ordering more takeout than I should. Always surprised by how fresh the Eat Fit Food is, probably because they deliver so frequently which is great (very convenient too for them to come overnight). A lot of other ‘ready made meals’ I’ve found are either frozen or have a lot of preservatives to make them last. These keep well til the next drop.
Meals are healthy, check the macros (not just compared to takeout but also other delivery services) and even though the portions look small sometimes most of the meals are quite filling! Has made my life so

I went on one of Eat Fit Foods meal plans and after sticking to the meal plan they provided me, I saw amazing results. I've lost some weight and am also sleeping a lot better - all increasing my quality of life. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for quality home delivered meals that will change their lifestyle (in the best ways!)
