I can't say enough about Dr Bagshahi, his staff, and Baylor Trophy Club Hospital. Great quality medical attention, utmost professional staff, and absolutely the best hospital I have ever been to. (I've been through many surgeries over the past 45 years). I had the gastric sleeve revision from Lapband surgery. After completing 4 months of pre-op doctor visits, dietary consultations, psychological evaluation, and cardio clearance my original bariatric physician was unable to perform my surgery due to a shutdown of their hospital because of increased Covid hospitalizations. From the beginning of the journey and currently up to almost a week after surgery.......communication has been solid. The team at the office is keeping in close contact with me to make sure I understand the next steps in my aftercare. My first visit with the doctor after my surgery helped clear up any questions that I had concerning the surgery and my recovery. I am clear as to when I start my vitamins, I know when to start pureed food, I have been given an intuitive schedule for each step of my food addition and recovery. Top notch so far, beginning until now.

The level of care and professionalism from Dr. Bagshahi and his team is the highest quality I've ever personally experienced. I read all Dr. Bagshahi's reviews from all forums for hours prior to visiting his office for the first time, and I must say, I know why he has excellent reviews. His bedside manner, level of care in and out of the OR is truly 5 star. Every last one of the ladies in the office are gems; always helpful, informative, smiling and appear truly happy when at work (that spoke volumes). The whole office atmosphere brings great energy.

I had my 2-year postop visit with Dr. Bagshahi today. I lost 80 pounds during my VSG journey and am maintaining and doing well. I am so much healthier now. I have just recovered from a two week illness with Covid 19. I told Dr. B that if I were the same woman now who walked into his office two years ago, my outcome from Covid would likely have not been good. I know this all to well as I just lost my brother to Covid last week. I am so thankful I made the decision to put my health first. Thank you Dr. B for helping me. I am forever grateful.

I cannot believe the professionalism and courtesy and connection between doctor patient that I got here. I had Gastric Sleeve performed on the 4th of August and from start to finish I was informed, I was checked on, I was given the opportunity to ask questions even outside of my appointments.
During my appointments everyone made sure I had all my questions answered and they made sure I understood everything. They spent the time with you and I never felt rushed or pushed to just be in and out.

I recently visited the medical office of Dr Bagshahi. I had an open gastric bypass 14 years ago and have regained the weight I originally lost. After evaluation, Dr Bagshahi informed me that I am not a candidate for revision. Although, I hoped that he could offer a surgical route, I appreciated the integrity he demonstrated. Many surgeons would have taken my case and risked complications or an enormous bill that my insurance company would not cover. I came to him because he has a good reputation and his patient outcomes are very positive. I was relieved that he was honest with me.

The staff has been so friendly. Dr Bagshahi has a wonderful bedside manner. He answered all my questions and I knew exactly what to expect going into my procedure. I had the sleeve and 9/3 and had no complications whatsoever. Little to no pain. I had such great results after just 3 months, that I referred a friend who ended up having surgery there and is very happy with this office and her results. I highly recommend Dr. Bagshahi.
