Some amazing old fashioned service right here!
Would recommend this company twice over.
They repaired a rear bumper which turned out better than the original factory paint job! And done a little stone chip repair for me on the news car.

Just picked up my Honda civic today. Friendly and professional staffs. They did a good and quick job, got my car ready within one week. It looks brand new now. Thanks.
However AAMI did a bad job on repairer arrangement and booking. After months of argument with aami, lucky I got my car repaired here finally.

Butcher repairers. If the part doesn’t fit, just dremel cut it until it kinda fits.
Have had the car re repaired at another “AAMI” preferred repairer.
Total repair time 2 months 2weeks all because Gladstone repairers didn’t do the repair right the first time..

The team at Gladstone we’re great! Their service and work was impeccable - and I well and truly walked away feeling valued. I would highly recommend Charlie and the guys here. They were obviously busy, but they saw to the work on my vehicle as soon as possible and it was ready in a reasonable time.

My insurance company recommended Gladstone Motor & Panel to fix my car. It was really bad damage and I didnt expect too much out of it. From the start they made the process super easy. Customer service was extremely good! They even accommodate my dates required the car. When I picked it up the car was looking brand new. Not even exaggerating it. It was never that shiny and flawless. I am so happy about it!

Just recalled while trying to refer a friend that I would highly recommend these guys. They are meticulous and take pride in their work. Had them do my repairs when my brand new car was bumped some years ago. They did an excellent job.

The customer service here is absolutely superb. The staff were very friendly. I took my car in to repair the front bumper. When I picked up my car, it was not only repaired to satisfaction but they had also helped me clean the car. Totally unexpected, but a nice surprise.

Used this place twice for bodyworks insurance claims as a recommended repairer. Both times the car has left the shop looking almost new. Great work on the car. Bit of a slow turnaround but customer service was good!
