I recently brought my mini into you with an intermittent fault. Since coming to you, the car again runs perfectly. When you told me of the loose line in turbocharger, it reminded me that problem first occurred after a recall for a turbo issue a while ago. After the recall, i first took the car back complaining that it was not running right.

Over many years I felt that I had been treated with disdain and indifference by the local Mercedes Dealer. I also had the perception that their servicing costs for my previous vehicles - a ML270CDI, ML320CDI and my current drive, an E250 CDI sedan, were way over the mark compared to other European drives. Their inflexibility despite having purchased two of the cars at the dealership really riled me.

George and the team were fantastic, serviced my car refitted my mud flaps, as well as fitting a new bumper on my car, a few other minor things all done in a timely manner, he was very honest I went in thinking I needed a new axle, which another mechanic advised. George advised that it was a minor issue and he could fix it at a quarter of the cost, very honest and very professional if even say he is one of the best. Highly recommend!

George and his team provided me with second to none top of the line service. My Mercedes AMG had just come out of warranty and as I live in NSW I did not know anyone in Victoria who could service my car while I did some business in Victoria. I needed to find a reliable mechanic to maintain the Mercedes level service standard. You only have to look at George’s workshop to understand how much pride he takes in his work. George and the boys have been looking after my cars an E320 and a a B200 turbo for the last 3 years. Their prices are much better than across the road, their work is excellent. Their diagnostic skills are superb. My E320 was cutting out infrequently and no one could find the reason until I spoke to Chris at Sharps he new straight away what the problem was had it fixed same day.
