The driver asked the passengers to get seated and he would load all the luggages. However he forgot 2 bags on the trolley in the public area at the airport. Lucky someone took the bags to information desk. We called Allied Cars and they advised they are not responsible for the the luggage and it's upto the passenger to ensure everything is loaded in the car. They however rushed all the passengers to get seated in the car. so yeah just be careful with these guys and your bags.

Our experience with your company was horrible! We booked a shuttle with you from Sydney to pick us up once we arrived in Melbourne to take us to our hotel and also return to airport bound for Sydney.To start with, your shuttle was 20 minutes late for pick up. Then shuttle was to pick us up from our hotel at 4pm on our last day as we had confirmed with them in the morning. We confirmed with you yet again in the afternoon and was told all ok and given a confirmation number. At 4:10 with no shuttle in sight we call your company only to be told there was no shuttle coming till 6pm! No apology and no
