Extremely dodgy and unprofessional. very disorganised leading to incredibly poor communication. we were given a vacate date on 27/01 and on the 11/01 received a threatening and inaccurate message saying they will blacklist us if as they believed the vacate date was 11/01. DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I called them in a very nice voice and ask them simply to turn a light off in the empty house next door which they left on. and nothing was done so I called again and the proprietor got on the phone and told me I was rude and he would turn it off tomorrow or a later date. this Light has been shining in my bedroom windows 2 nights already. their office is just 10 minutes away. would it hurt to treat people in a nice manner. I find him to be a very rude person, who does not think of his community or people in general.
