Dr. Jason Lo Tam, is meticulous with his diagnosis, and will try everything possible for his patients! Not just another number to him, and great doctor, who always cares! Make sure you tell him exactly how you feel, and where you feel the pain! If you don’t show him exactly, he can’t help you! Rightly so for most doctors! His team at the medical Precint are fantastic young professionals too!

What a great practice. My husband tripped at the park, I called the practice apparently they were very busy but agreed to see my husband immediately and he was quickly attended by Dr Jason Lo Tam, the nurse Angeline and a medical student. He received a thorough examination, treatment of the wound, and tenanus vaccine to prevent infection, followed by an x-ray to check the rib. We can't say enough how grateful we are.

I recently moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast and tried for 6 months to find a surgery and a doctor I felt comfortable with. Finally after several tries I made an appointment at Clear Island Waters Medical Precinct and met Dr. Alex Chiu.....MY DOCTOR NOW.
The staff at the counter are not only efficient but most friendly and make you feel welcome.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Chiu. He was the 5th GP I went to in complete despair regarding debilitating symptoms of fatigue and aching that I'd had over 12 months. No one else could give me a sufficient answer. He listened intently, asked questions and acted as an investigator seeking to get to the bottom of my issues. By the time we were done, I had a preliminary diagnosis, a script for extensive bloodwork and a referral to a specialist. I’ve never had a doctor sugary not help me in any way, I waited 40 minutes and when I got in to see the doctor he could subscribe me any pain medication for my broken ankle and leg. I wasn’t given any reason as to why.
I also needed my bandages replaced and a check up on my Ankle after sugary and they wouldn’t touch or replace anything bandages. I wasn’t helped in any way. Arnt doctors meant to help people in need?

Came across this lovely practice after being very dissatisfied with my then current doctor. Dr Max Po is fantastic and very knowledgeable. He sat facing me and I could tell he was listening. He takes initiative and nothing is too hard. In the very few visits I've had, he's just about fixed my issues because he listens. Reception and nurses are also very kind and compassionate. I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could.
