Relax and unwind while receiving the health benefits of Salt Therapy in our beautiful Salt Cave. The room is specially designed where salt is affixed to the walls and loose salt covers the whole floor. Our halo generator grinds salt into fine particles which are sent into the cave and absorbed through your skin and lungs.
Salt is an anti-inflammatory and an anti-histamine as well as having antiseptic properties. Salt travels through the airway and shifts the mucus to help sufferers of respiratory conditions. The salt and soul was so beautiful and I had a session with Jason about just over a year ago now I waited for things he said to start to happen before leaving a review and this guy is unbelievable he was so right about pretty much everything I would recommend him to anyone and wouldn't mind going back for a second time.

Had my first salt cave session today and it was amazing! Friendly staff and such a relaxing atmosphere in both the salt cave and outside sitting area where you can grab a coffee before or after your session. Another thing to mention is the beautiful handmade products in the gift shop. I will definitely be back with one of my friends or Mum next time!

Amazing and magical place. I have had several chakra balancing sessions with Sarah and she has a beautiful energy and is incredible in her ability to intuit what I need, as well as passing on lots of messages from people who have passed in my life, giving me hope and direction. The facilities are tranquil and the staff so welcoming. A must to visit and make part of your regular self care routine.
