Services
Our practitioners hold provider numbers for acupuncture with all of the health funds. We have Hicaps available so that you can claim your rebate on the spot and pay only the gap at the time of treatment. You need to make sure that the level of cover you have with your health fund allows rebate for acupuncture.
Acupuncture is technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine which involves using small needles to stimulate specific points on the body to achieve positive health outcomes. Chinese medicine acknowledges unique relationships between each system in the body e.g. Your GP can add acupuncture to the list of approved health services on your Work Cover claim.
Cupping involves the use of suction cups to create a vacuum effect on the skin. It is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique used to alleviate pain by stimulating muscles and fascia, calming the nervous system, promoting blood and lymph flow at a specific site and eliminating pathogens from the body.
Fusion Acupuncture stocks a variety of health products to help you achieve your health goals. These include vitamins & supplements, probiotics, topical herbal liniments, adhesive herbal heat patches and skin products. Examples of some of the brands we stock include Bioceuticals, Metagenics, Orthoplex, Emily Skin Soothers, Zen herbal liniment/gel, Salonpas, Po Sum On, and Perfect Potion.
Our practitioners stock and recommend the Chinese Herbal Medicine brands - ChinaMed and Black Pearl, sourced from Sunherbal, a reputable Australian company. Traditional Chinese herbal formulas date back thousands of years and some of these classical formulas have remained unchanged whilst others have been modified over time.

Caitlin is awesome, super nice, easy to talk to, friendly and professional, highly recommend!
I started seeing Caitlin a few years ago after having a lot of issues with sever back pain after an injury, and physio wasn’t working for me, I did not know what to do or how to treat it.
I found Catlin to be extremely helpful in reducing my pain and getting me up and going again pain free. Additionally, I enjoyed going and having a discussion, she made me feel very comfortable, and I got to learn more about the treatments and how they were helping me.
I had to stop my appointments as I moved away

I was stressed out and I think suffering from PTSD due 12 months of issues at work and change personally. I researched treatment for PTSD and found acupuncture was a proven treatment. I found Fusion through some searching in the city and close to work. After more than 12 weeks of treatment starting twice a week and reducing to weekly I am a new person. A combination of life style changes and the acupuncture treatment has got me back to feeling more centred and significantly reduced stress levels. Caitlin did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend Caitlin at Fusion Acupuncture. From my initial appointment, I felt listened to, I felt like she was easy to talk to and she explained the treatment in terms I could understand. The treatment itself is very relaxing (thanks, Caitlin!) and its in a lovely clinic. After just one session, I felt a shift in my symptoms!

I’ve been seeing Caitlin for a range of treatments and have been really happy with all of them. She made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. I love that I can easily check online for available appointments. Caitlin has also been very flexible and on a couple occasions when my acupuncture appointment has been to support another medical appointment, offered me times slightly different to the standard slots.
It has been super convenient being located centrally in the CBD, a short walk from Central and many parts of the city. When you reach the clinic you’ll see it and the rooms are lovely

Really impressed with fusion acupuncture! An extremely easy and convenient booking process allows me to see a professional in no time. The appointment times are convenient and easily fit into my busy timetable.The clinic atmosphere made me feel extremely comfortable as the cleanliness and presentation of the clinic made me feel like I was in a trusted place. The specialists were respectful and listened to my problems and attended to them straight away. Would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone after an acupuncture therapist !

Fantastic, highly recommended. Caitlin is a true expert practitioner for both massage and acupuncture. I first went to Fusion for massage treatments following injury to my wrists and for existing back pain. While some massages I've had elsewhere seem to soothe the pain a bit during the massage, most have had little lasting impact. I was also quite anxious about some of the pain I was experiencing and hadn't felt it had been explained clearly by others including doctors.
