Whatever your foot condition, at Happy Feet Pedorthics, we'll find the solution to match. Our services and footwear can help to alleviate conditions including bunions, plantar fasciitis and arthritic feet. To meet your needs, we stock extra depth and double depth footwear for both adults and children, ranging from AA to very spacious 8E width fittings.
For diabetics, reduced or no seams, cushioning and the correct width, depth and length are a must. Foot shape, neuropathy, amputations, wounds, oedema, your orthoses needs and bandaging must also be considered. When you have diabetes, the key to happy feet is to wear good shoes, check your feet daily, and exercise every day.
To reduce the risk of slips, trips and falls, safety is important - and that includes your choice of footwear. Slip-ons are not good as slippers as they can lead to clawing of the toes and increased risk. And party footwear is best for parties! For people at risk of slips, trips and falls, the key to happy feet is safe footwear that reduces the risk of falls, improves mobility, reduces pain and delivers more comfort.

I have spoken with Clare today (owner/manager) about my 82 year old dad requiring Dr. Comfort Shoe to assist his mobility. I informed her that my dads Home support provider will be paying and requires an invoice for payment without a problem. She stopped me and said that there is a consultancy fee of $195 for this service as Happyfeet need to provide reasoning for the provider to pay. I told her my dads podiatrist has already diagnosed his feet, the provider already approved it and they just need to sell the shoes to us. Clare then said in this case there is an admin fee of $120 to process this

STAY AWAY!!! Such rude staff, unhelpful, not the best range! I have never had any 'service' so disgusting, if I could give a negative number out of 5 I would!
UPDATE: Owner statement below is factually incorrect. Clare was interrupting me. Going to the store was not a better experience. The time was 4pm and she said she was away relaxing and has no idea what the price is, nor will she tell me the price over the phone. These shoes are expensive and for children that need physical assistance. I found staff here to be extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I wish you could give a minus star rating.. the service follow up and actually getting the shoes has been appalling. I initially took my mother to Happy Feet in April and she was recommended shoes and was told what the price would be. We received a phone call during the first wave of COVID 19 restrictions and were told the shoes were ready to be picked up, unfortunately mum became unwell and the appointment had to be cancelled. I spoke to Clare and advised that I would be in touch the following week which I was via text message however no reply was received.. I did not hear back from Clare or anyone

I brought my Grandmother in a couple of years ago and the first consultation went well and we ended up ordering shoes that were recommended. Unfortunately the expensive shoes we ordered did not suit my Grandmother and we were not intially told about the return policy. Anyway we brought the shoes back and we were given a partial refund and credit. We came back a couple of weeks later to use the credit and for some reason the lady in charge forgot what was offered to us. She was so rude and even my elderly grandma was in shock! I had a car accident in 1996 and due to a leg and ankle injury was going through 1 pair of shoes every 6-8 weeks. This was due to a shorter leg, stiffened ankle and walking over on my right shoe particularly.
Then I found Clare..
I now have 4 pairs of shoes and a pair of slippers all modified to fit me comfortably
This took me 22 years. I now walk in comfort, minimal limp and even have a going out pair of paint and leather shoes
