Have been a customer for 3 years now at both Niddrie and now the Gisborne store. Always fantastic service and range of clothes and shoes. Absolutely a pleasure getting shoes for my young daughters here as the ladies are quick at getting the right sizing and style I'm after before the kids are over shopping :)

They may have nice product, but the online customer service has proved disappointing.
Received an incorrect order and notified the business by email straight away, the following day also by Facebook and Instagram - as the phone number goes straight to message bank..
Yet to hear back after almost 3 days which I don’t think is good enough (regardless of the reason).
Online enquires should be a priority.
I do most of my shopping online and never have trouble contacting anyone if I need to..
I don’t know when I’ll receive my actual order, but if it’s not relatively soon I’ll be requesting

If you're looking for a reliable online store you can trust, I highly recommend going elsewhere. I placed an order for my little ones on the 8th September and I am still waiting for my order just under a month later. I have sent through multiple emails requesting further information about my order and I have heard absolutely nothing. I am becoming increasingly concerned that they will just keep my money and won't send out my order at all. I have ordered from multiple online stores without any issues. This is the first store I have encountered an issue like this. This has been a very disappointing
