I had a really awesome experience at Gregory’s shoe repairs, Joe was incredibly kind, helpful and professional and the price I was charged to have 2 soles removed and re-glued was super reasonable, he even polished up the leather on the shoes for me as well ! :) would recommend to anybody whose favourite shoes need some good TLC.

Joe and Luisa are the epitome of fantastic customer service. They are the friendliest, most helpful, and lovely people you will meet. They know their products, care about their customers and always go above and beyond in their level of service. Apart from their customer service, they also do a fantastic job repairing your luggage. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Joe and he’s team are fantastic.. We had our motorcycle jackets zip break and no one could help us! He had it all fixed with no fuss & the job was done properly. We also had new zips put on our suitcases & they are now perfect..

I didn’t think this high quality customer service still existed - they fixed my dodgy wheel fast and not expensive at all. When they knew I was flying out in a couple of days (with Easter in the middle) they managed to have the part express delivered and fixed same day. Amazing stuff. Lovely people. Highly recommend.

I had previously taken my boots to this store to have them altered to fit better around the calf area and they did a great job - you could not even tell that they had been altered and were not originally made that way!
Recently I broke the pull up handle on my suitcase and needed it repaired urgently - so I took it in and they were actually able to fix it for me straight away so that I didn’t need to buy a new suitcase for my trip the next day!
