Carlos Lindo is the Principal Solicitor and Director of Macarthur Law Group Pty Ltd and has been providing legal services in the Macarthur and Sydney area for over 14 years. I would not recommend this law firm for anyone who is serious about winning their case.
I was originally booked in with Carlos but on arrival was told he was too busy so I was to see Kem instead. From the start Kem was fairly unresponsive to majority of my emails and phone calls. When I did eventually receive a call back, he did not sound too knowledgeable over the phone, questions I asked would always be answered with "I'll have to look into it and get back to you", and I would receive no response even after chasing it several times.
In the end it got soo bad that I was sent a draft correspondence

This was not my experience at all! My first consultation was free. I found the Lawyer to be friendly, understanding and patient. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially for people who are looking for a Law firm with a human touch . For someone who was quite stressed and overwhelmed, I left feeling more confident and with a better understanding of my situation and what direction I was heading. Definitely recommend to all !!
