HORRIBLE SERVICE, will never be going back here they were lucky we went to our booking with the current restrictions. The heater did not work but apparently and quoted "it was our fault for not calling" we found the issue at 5am in the morning we didn't want to bother anyone at that time of the morning. The floors leave your feet black as black can be, the place is not up kept at all for the price they are charging out I will not be staying again.
Oh and don't expect any hospitality they just yell at you over the phone when you ring up to discuss and say it'd your fault.

Very disappointed with my stay. First the door was wide open when we got here the bed had a disgusting doona on it looks like it hasn’t ever been washed. The rooms weren’t clean at all the tv was disgusting with hand prints all over it. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with hair everywhere. Do not stay here if you are after a clean room and comfy bed

Great place to stay. The owner is so lovely. Very helpful. They have upgraded the rooms and they are beautifully furnished. Everything we needed for a 2-night stay with 4 children. Not to far from the tram line to get to surfers as well. Definitely well priced. Worth the 5 stars for keeping comfort as a must!

Room was quite clean, comfy beds. However the owner was cheap and tight with money. Had no lights on our front at night, limited the wifi and wasn’t happy that we requested extra toilet paper as there wasn’t much to start with. Very strict rules and not much flexibility which didn’t make me feel very relaxed on holiday. Decor is old and dated too which needs an upgrade. Overall not a bad place but I wouldn’t go back.
