One Door Mental Health is the new name for the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW. Through One Door, people living with mental illness and their families can find an inclusive community, innovative services and advocacy support.
Services
Providing essential services that help you recover from mental illness is at the core of what we do. That is why One Door Mental Health is the specialist NDIS mental health expert. Through One Door you can access services and programs that take a holistic approach to helping you recover.

We can help with any aspect of your recovery; from physical health services, support groups, one-on-one support or having somewhere safe and comfortable to go for some social contact. We are here to help.
Donations are essential to assist One Door in providing support for those living with mental illness and their families, please consider becoming a regular donor. Friends of One Door support is critical for our advocacy work. The more people we have supporting us, the stronger our voice when we are talking to decision-makers.
Advocacy is the actions taken to influence or produce systemic change to ensure fair treatment and social justice for people living with mental illness and their carers. In the 30 years we have been helping people with severe and persistent mental illness, we quickly learnt there is only so far that one-on-one support goes.
We are interested to hear your thoughts, concerns, experiences and solutions to issues that affect those living with a mental illness. One Door Mental Health will use this information to inform our systemic advocacy work which may include formal or informal submissions to the government and also advocacy campaigns.
One Door Mental Health is one of the foundation members of the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia. MIFA began in 1987 as an association of the various state and territory mental illness fellowships from around the country. MIFA was launched to provide a point of contact, a place to exchange information, lobby and to provide mutual support.

I dont know what happened to review i already had here but basically all my reviews revolve around canaccord genuity and the even worser mental health i developed from the experience there where my mothers estate and my life savings of 40 yrs were gone.ive tried for years to get help from this outfit i was a member of but it seems ounce you become a financial victim you arent covered by these types of places anymore they should warn you of such rather then promising they there to help whatever eventuates

I was just dumped at the end of last year, told would get a call after everyone got back from holidays, but now it's May and no one gives a fig. People with support needs should not just be dumped. No one was s'posed to be worse off under NDIS .. well it is ... it's just hand over fist wanting vulnerable people's funding and nothing for those who cant qualify because they have no support, no mentor, no helper ... nothing.

My name is Debbie. I'm a 60 year old women who has suffered from a mental illness all my life. I have been a member of Pioneer Clubhouse for 15 years and during this time Pioneer has been a life saver for me. Most recently the staff at Pioneer Clubhouse worked with me in finding affordable social housing here on the Northern Beaches. At the time I… was facing imminent homelessness, and my mental health was deteriorating rapidly from the stress of it all. Thanks to the persistent advocacy from the staff at Pioneer Clubhouse I am now safely housed Many thanks Pioneer, may the Clubhouse continue
