I ordered a top of the range mattress to be made for my caravan. To start with the service was excellent.
The mattress is by far the most extraordinary I've ever slept on. I'm 70 years old so a bit of experience in purchasing and using mattresses.

We are so pleased we first stepped into this shop to buy a small offcut of foam. Even from that small transaction, Gavin's amazing customer service and attention to detail was evident. Our next reason to see Gavin was once again a small transaction for a foam off cut but this time we also inquired about mattresses. Gavin made the effort and spent a good deal of time to give us the inside knowledge of what makes a good mattress great. In the back of our minds was our antique bed mattress which was over 10 years old and judging by the obvious dips, clearly past its best! Increasingly sore backs finally

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful, yet not pushy. I really wanted to purchase a matress from this shop based simply on the customer service. We did however find a mattress elsewhere that was slightly more suitable from a store with a bigger range. I would encourage others to visit the Slumber Shop.

This is the second very positive experience I have had at the slumber shop and with two different staff members. Both times staff have gone above and beyond with efficiency, excellent product knowledge, advice, competitive pricing and "no-bull" salesmanship - the gentleman there even gave me a dollar for my parking meter! Its amazing how a simple thing like good customer service can make your day! Well at least this was my experience.. and plenty of others too by the look

Took a case in that needed a foam insert fitted.
Owner probably hadn't had this kind of a request before (?) but helped me find a great fit, exactly what I needed! All done within half an hour (cut/glued/fitted) to my satistaction, and much cheaper than I expected! Offered a small tip as it was not big dollars on my part, and the owner refused on principle! Very happy with the service. Big thanks for helping me out with this.
