While quilt and pillow manufacture and rejuvenation is our core business, we market a stunning range of superb quality wool quilts, pillows, underlays (all Australian made), as well as organic, hand picked cotton towels and bed linen.
The Quilt and Pillow Factory was conceived following founder and director Helen Bell's employment in the rejuvenation industry and from Jeff Sadler's ownership of Superior Quilt Company outlets in Frankston and Hobart. Identifying a shortage of genuine quality bedding products in the market, Helen and Jeff proceeded to develop the concept and improve the quality of the bedding products available in Australia.

Services
We take the feather and down out of your quilt, steam clean and re-sanitise the contents to "Brand New" condition. During this process, the filling is removed, treated for dust mites, mould and bacteria with our special 'Eucalyptus' solution - Safe for allergy and asthma sufferers. The casing is treated and washed separately.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.

The service is fast and fantastic! I needed a new doona, so I looked on their website. As I wanted to do a pickup from their store rather than delivery, I gave them a call. The person on the phone was so friendly and within 30 minutes of the call, my new doona was made and ready to collect! The doona was more than you would pay in places like Spotlight, but the quality is far superior. I highly recommend shopping local.

Excellent and prompt service.Friendly staff. During the last 15 years I purchased 10 dunas, some for summer, some for winter including pillows for my family. They make and service very high quality doonas, one can choose different amount of filling. Quite simply, nothing can beat goose down. Even on the coldest nights I feel warm and comfortable.Worth the money.Service also available for rejuvenating and cleaning.
