Having dealt with Q-sure Insurance Brokers personally I can highly recommend them to be active in all manners of the claim and always ends with a successful outcome. I have and will continue to cover my car and investment properties with them and couldn't be happy.
If you don't use a broker you don't have the support when making a claim. They work for you not the insurer.
