Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We live in Sydney, NSW and everything arrived so promptly and even when we had a manufacturing issue with one product, they bent over backwards to solve it for us.
Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Even beautiful packaging! Very high quality products - wonderful Liewood night lights my children have loved, as well as great homewares by Design Stuff themselves .

I placed an order on the 29th of January. Received an email saying it takes 4/5 days to process the order and I would be getting another email with a tracking code when my order was dispatched. I haven't received anything. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I have emailed twice, messaged on Facebook twice and called today and NOTHING. Not impressed to be honest... I hope I hear about my order soon?

I've purchased a few items for my home as well as some gifts from Designstuff recently and the products are beautiful quality. They are always really nicely presented (including gift wrapping and cards) and they've shipped quickly. The customer service team have been super helpful and quick to respond when I've had questions. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I love this place.
Since they opened I have always purchased online and it was easy and quick. Since the St Kilda showroom has opened its been even more convenient to order and collect and have a quick peak at whats new in store. They have a full rang of products from scandinavian brands which I am a big fan of. It was quite hard to access these brands before Design Stuff commenced a few years ago.
The staff are always so lovely and accommodating. Thankyou team.

Not only do you have beautiful homewares but your Customer Service is something you should be very proud of.
I recently purchased a makeup box and mirror which is stunning. I did have an issue with the LED light in the mirror and had a lovely response from Katrina who promptly sent me out a replacement. Thank you for such beautiful designs and for looking after your customers. x
